Before planning a backyard chicken coop, consider the fact that avian flu falls from wild birds to chickens, and humans can catch it from their birds. It has a 55% human mortality rate. There are plenty of recipes for egg free bread, cake, etc. consider reducing use, not creating an epidemic.

I decided instead of birthday cake, I’m making a birthday pie. Chocolate cream pudding, with dark chocolate chips. Instead of crust, I’m lining the pan with shortbread, then caramel, then ganache. Top with caramel, heath chips, and whipped cream.
