Prepping for this nifty talk I'm giving at Brazos Bookstore tomorrow evening on the 1900 hurricane. Obviously (and justifiably) the Galveston aspect of it is what we know of. But the damage it wrought to a massive swath of SE Texas is incredible. Scary to consider.
