I really wish there was a more solid alternative for meta. The ONLYthings a miss are local yard sale groups and other community groups. I haven’t found that anywhere else. And it will such to go back just to connect for needed reasons!

Today is Holocaust awareness and remembrance day. I am not Jewish, I am a human being who will stand up to any atrocity against humanity. I remember the millions of Jews who were murdered driven by a mad man. We are in similar times. We need to stand up. #NeverForget

A little over 24 hrs with a deleted Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, (and very little Bluesky scrolling) today has been very calming and freeing. I should have deleted Meta a long time ago. I do miss my book recommendations from my TT people tho! It’s a good thing my TBR is about 50 books long!
