Fallbrook Union Elementary School District Board are planning to revise Bylaw 9324, to only provide a "brief summary of the Board's discussion on any topic". In addition the bylaws (already) allow "any recording to be erased or destroyed after 30 days". This is "Signalgate" at the local level!
