I ordered a plushie last July (2024) that arrived yesterday. I ordered two plushies last August (2024) that are on their way now. I ordered two plushies from Sciquatic in July and August 2023(!) and not only are the plushies not here, but we haven't gotten a production update since July 2024.

The real answer is that art does not inherently need to be made with suffering involved and you don't need to "suffer" for your art for it to be good but some really good art has been made while under incredible duress which is why we need to build a machine that runs on blood and cannot be shut off
