A few things 1. "genAi is a transformative work" - this lawsuit proves repeatedly how that's not the case, Midjourney makes exact copies 2. "they're going to settle!" for what? Disney and Universal want blood, not dollars 3. There's no way to unring this bell, you can't untrain these models
