Just found a massive nail wedged in the back of my shoe. No idea how it got stuck in there. Just glad it didn't push all the way through. Though this does reinforce my idea that bi-peds should not have digitigrade legs. Just having my weight off my heel for a few minutes has wrecked my leg muscles
