About our climate youtu.be/A24fWmNA6lM

Hello friends and happy Friday morning 🌞 Here is a message from the past from The Who — enjoy! youtu.be/UDfAdHBtK_Q?...

This is a pomegranate from a tree that suffered some damage in hurricane Milton last October. It’s the only one. There is one fruit on this tree. When I see it, I think of resilience and systemic support. The whole tree is supporting this one fruit.

NIH is asking: How do we develop AI tools for medical research while protecting patient data? Your expertise matters - researchers, clinicians, developers, and public all encouraged to respond by July 15. osp.od.nih.gov/comment-form...

Julia Parsons, a U.S. Navy code breaker during World War II who was among the last survivors of a top-secret team of women that unscrambled messages to and from German U-boats, has died at 104.

If you are a naturally curious person, and have developed a good habit of being able to ask clear and focused questions, then you will flourish as the world transforms to AI-driven knowledge work.

My process for bigger questions is to use multiple LLMs together with personas, and it goes like this... I define and interact from the POV of one of two personas: one is totally open, and one is a skeptical critic. 1/6

A Scrum Master is NOT your personal Jira guru. They help improve team dynamics, not just workflows. #ScrumMaster

Agile processes promote sustainable development. The sponsors, developers, and users should be able to maintain a constant pace indefinitely.

NEW POST To work effectively with agentic coding assistants, Birgitta Böckeler found she needs to intervene, correct and steer all the time. She describes examples of these interventions indicating the skills we need to correct the tools' missteps martinfowler.com/articles/exp...

There will always be others more experienced or talented than you and me. None of them have the experience and talents of you and me.

I love articles that say "We don't use agile, what we do is..." and then describe something 100% in line with the Agile Manifesto. I guess they mean "We don't use [SAFe, scrum, XP, LeSS]" but that's not how it's presented.

When you use an LLM like ChatGPT, Claude or Grok, do you imagine that you are speaking to someone like yourself? I naturally imagine that I'm speaking to a woman, similar to me, only with a lot more information and different skills. Does everyone do this, or am I unusual?
