I'm closing in on having Laszlo the Gargoyle Graphic Novel completely finished...and soon will be sending off for printing. Note to self and others: Graphic Novels take two years (or more) to make. No matter what, baseline two years. Here's some great artwork by Sebastian and Hugo.

Rob check your email I have Laszlo the Gargoyle book 6 ready for your lettering magic (just need to check your priorities with your other work). @robjoneswrites.bsky.social 🙂

"Common Side Effects" Season 2 is underway ✌️

Me using #witchcraft trying to get new backers for the zombiedatenight 2 #kickstarter campaign. #shoebody #meme link in the comments if you want to help us get this #zombie #romance #horror #comedy to the finish line!

I closed my X account and need to create an acknowledgments/thank you page for the graphic novel. This includes everyone who helped, including beta readers, editors, and backers. If you're here, please DM me. I have one chance to get it right in print & I would feel terrible if I left you off.

Latest updates on the Laszlo the Gargoyle Kickstarter. The last three covers are complete. www.kickstarter.com/projects/las...

Flow 2024 is a great movie. No people (only the evidence of them). Good atmosphere and peaceful to watch. Soundtrack is nice. There are dramatic elements but nothing terrible. youtu.be/OY0DsUNNbFE?...

@robsonink.bsky.social I had to get it. 😊 Nice work Will.🔥

Oh, God. I love this. 😂 Healthiest thing for me on Blue sky all week. Thank you for brightening my day.

Oh no. More tariffs and comic book concerns.

Tariffs to affect the comic book industry (because a percentage of books are printed in Canada). I'm in a printing situation right now. It's not avocados, tomatoes, milk, energy, or Modelo, but its affecting and industry I'm notionally attached to. bleedingcool.com/comics/usa-i...

I'll have to check this out!

THREE stories for 2025 (if I can tune out the horror of politics): PUMPKIN (Pantheon of Gods) DARKSTAR (Hard Sci-fi) THE ARCHIVIST (Heist) #AskAnAuthor Pumpkin will probably drop first. Novel. Most complete. Stay tuned. 😊

I closed my X account, it's a very unhealthy place. I only had 200 followers of which maybe 30-40 were real humans. If you supported my Kickstarter, I'll primarily update here on BlueSky and through the Kickstarter. Many of you are over here anyway so it shouldn't affect much.

Yes! Yes it does. Those are going to be a rare commodity. So hang on to those leather bound encyclopedias and keep them in good condition.

Book six first half is colored. Here is the Kickstarter update. I realized I missed pushing the January update through Kickstarter. Apologies for that; there was an update. Here is today's update for February. Thank you for your support! www.kickstarter.com/projects/las...

My new book, Confessions of a Knife, is now available on Audible. Do you have a spare token? Help the narrator, Alex Brown, and I gain traction on our latest collaboration! www.audible.com/pd/B0DVJ95M4...

As mentioned yesterday, here are Chapters One and Two of a story I'm writing called The Archivist. It's a new story I'm looking to turn into a graphic novel (like what we are doing with Laszlo currently). Let me know if the material resonates with you. cinematicquill.blogspot.com/2025/01/chap...

📰 In other news: I'm writing a new story called "The Archivist". I plan to put material out on my blog incrementally while I work through it. Would anyone be interested in: Demonic Heist Adventure Celestial Horror ??? Let me know. This one may be a contender for a graphic novel as well.

Well... it's only 54 pages long. I have four new stories lined-up for 2025 and two in progress projects: Laszlo Graphic Novel (two more months) Confessions of a Knife Audiobook (any day now) A TBD Pantheon of Gods Fantasy Mystery A TBD Space Horror A TBD Adventure Heist A TBD Laszlo Story

The Looping Knock is available on Kindle. D.B. Cooper's alternate history, true crime, horror. Take a peek ...if you dare. 😈 a.co/d/hyoDXAW

Laszlo The Gargoyle - Book Five: is complete. Great work by Sebastian Garcia, Hugo Aquino and @robjoneswrites.bsky.social (two left and we'll be printing and shipping books)

I’ve been self-published for 16 years. I’d like to try something different. Problem is, I feel woefully unprepared. I have four manuscripts in varying stages of readiness. Should I try to clean them all up, or focus on one and hope someone out there is looking for it? Help. I have two left feet.

This is gorgeous. 👀👇

PSA: Get more sleep. Good, quality sleep. That’s all. Carry on.

I love it! Nice muted colors and atmosphere. It's claustrophobic and the viewer's perspective (camera angle) is actually interesting.

My audiobook Laszlo the Gargoyle, narrated Alex Brown, is now available on Audible! If you’ve got a spare credit, consider picking up a copy. Your support means everything & helps us create more adventures. Listen to Laszlo the Gargoyle by Frank Tudor on Audible. www.audible.com/pd/B0DS6LPH2...

This is so iconic. You can't come up with a better metaphor for the reality of the United States if you tried.

President Carter. One of our nicest presidents. Gone at 100. I was born during Nixon but remember Carter. I remember the gas lines when the Iran thing happened. That was summertime in Texas. I recall people died in those lines on those hot days. I've gone full circle. A moment in time. #CARTER

Housing, healthcare, and basic survival are becoming unattainable for U.S. Citizens. There's a collective numbness, a detachment, because how else do you endure a system built to crush you? As a writer, I believe friendship, imagination, and understanding will get us through. Stay strong.
