I spent years working in bars and restaurants of all kinds, and learned a lot about food handling, food safety and cooking. And for whatever reason, I only recently started using this knowledge at home. EXAMPLE: food labeling is SIMPLE and makes everything easier. It makes FIFO easier, too.

So, when I first watched The Bear, I got through two episodes of season 1, and didn't like it. Then a year or so later, I randomly saw a season 2 episode called 'Forks.' I tried a few more episodes, but couldn't get into it. But I watched 'Forks' a BUNCH of times. And then I rewatched the pilot.
