Weightloss is still going strong. Another 1.9kg down over the last week. Now more than 18kg over the 10 weeks. 5 weeks left until it's slowly back to normal food. Can't say I am having a hard time rn, but I am a little scared of going back to normal eating.

Day 16 of 7 shakes a day instead of normal food. I am honestly surprised how easy yet hard this is. My body is not craving anything currently. Those shakes are plenty to fill me up but my mind is constantly pulling me to food. I have never watched so many yt videos about food in my life.

I miss being 'addicted' to GTA RP and NoPixel. I miss ya'll but I couldn't deal with the current mechanics and how super grindy evrything felt. Plus everyone being a crim and barely any room for civs is a major let down.
