Reckon. Common word today in the UK and Australia, but has fallen out of usage in the US. I think the only people who used it when I was a kid (60s) were the Beverly Hillbillies and my uncles in rural MO. Maybe it's a regional thing like "flapjacks". Do you hear this word used by Americans?

My stroke in April puts me in a risk category that gives me, on average, another 5 years before death. I probably will have longer than that, as I was younger than the average stroke age by a few years, and we caught the stroke very early.
