Another factor in selecting a Luigi Mangione jury. If the Feds seek the death penalty, they’ll be entitled to a “death-qualified” jury. Jurors who won’t say they’d impose death in an appropriate case will be excluded. That will skew the panel deciding his guilt. Doesn’t apply to the state case.
