Got asked, today, how I identify (in terms of ethnicity). Responded “I identify as an American.” Some would say I’m Asian-American, but I say I’m an American of Asian descent since that’s literally my identity, and I’d leave off the second part if wht ppl didn’t always ask me where I’m from. lol
