Fiercely territorial, titanic jade crabs claim coastal waterways, coves, or caves as their lair. At rest, their shell is slate gray, easily mistaken for rocks or reefs. When provoked, they shimmer with an iridescent blue-green. Sundered Isles art by @joshmeehanart.bsky.social
