And it never will @peterfitz1.bsky.social until prominent people like yourself continue to use Twitter.... you and others need to move here permanently and accept you might miss something.

Savour the moment. It won't always be like this. But it sure is sweet.

And plenty of people will forget. See USA 2024.

😂 don't worry about that. I will.

I know... If I'm totally wrong, no one will care.. but if I'm right?
My theory is every batsmen has batted on this wicket, and will play better. Head is due a score. Smith will probably get a big score. There's my logic.

Cummins, Hazlewood and Stark...
Hard to break in with them. Funny that Hazlewood (or top ranked bowler AFAIK) is the one who was replaced and Boland comes in an changed the game like this.

I just saw a replay of his involvement in the Khawaja v Bumrah situation. That was quite dickhead like IMO

I will never understand why media feel the need to be "balanced" ... When the balancing requires you to give credibility to insanity and pure nastiness

Correct. This will be one of the greatest games in history

The only feature still missing is remembering where you were up to work posts. Not going to the top and having to scroll back down to find where you were.
Chronologically reading posts is what I'm after.

To be fair, the Betoota Advocate is once again, the most accurate on a story.

People/Voters who need to hear this don't read the SMH, unfortunately. They'll get their info from 2GB, Sky or even the ABC is reporting terribly on this. They are interviewing and reporting on it as if it deserves any respect

I wish I had the confidence that the electorate will read and understand such articles... I don't have much hope though. They'll hear what ever they hear on their chosen media, and make up their mind.

The new superchargers only have one type... The type that is now standard across the industry.
I have seen older superchargers that have two cables... I never knew what the other one was for.. looked like a normal slow charger to me.
Maybe yours is old enough to need that one they no longer have.

Needs to be voluntary. People who want to chip in to see it succeed.
Speaking of which. I'm a software developer. Never worked on anything like this though.
I'd love to help somehow.

Good idea Simon. I think people already have a bunch of subscriptions.. I reckon you'd get more money at $5 a month.

I need it do remember where I was up to. And if I pull down to refresh, I want it to stay where it was. But go to the top. That's all I ask.

Yep ... They will have buyers remorse... But they deserve it. Sadly.
They were given plenty of warning.... Any doubts they had about this agenda being executed should have been put to rest, as it was said out loud multiple times, by the guy himself.

You wonder what would happen if someone wore something symbolic of Ukrainian heritage. Would they have been applauded, told they were brave? Given support? Probably.

Well that hard edge breaking news will never come if prominent people leave after a while.
We all have to stay the course. Eventually, it will happen.

My last remaining pain point is nothing seems to be locally cached... When I opened Twitter, it remembered where I was up to, it didn't fully refresh... Which basically pushes you back to the top.
I want to read the posts chronologically. I have to scroll at the moment to see where I was up to.

Same... As soon as enough people I follow came over, account and app deleted. Felt good.

I was thinking about this today. Because I do have my own domain for my business.

Well thanks to a critical mass of people I follow coming over in the last few days... I've deactivated my twitter account... Awesome. Been a long time coming.

Good stuff.
Would be great if (like a previous app I used to use) my 'following' feed would remember where I was up to, rather than always going to the top, and then I have to scroll back down and find out where I was up to.
I value reading posts chronologically.

I've been patiently checking back here each day to see who's come over. Would be great to get to a critical mass, and leave Twitter behind...
