I find the lack of self insight in the US disturbing. Yes, china has a problematic history. That doesn't mean that the US gets a free pass on fascism and racism. There are four companies looking to replace Starlink in Ukraine. Eutelsat is one of them. arstechnica.com/tech-policy/...

I applaud the changes in airports. A lot of them now have exhibitions of local trinkets. This is from my local airport - all of these swords are more than a millennium old, and have been found within 1000 kms of where I live. Not reproductions.

This is the floor mat right next to my indoor bike trainer. Next week is going to tip above 5 degrees centigrade, for which I have clothes that keep me comfortable. I am so looking forward to that. This winter can get stuffed. With bells on. #summeriscoming

#urbanism Half a metre of snow, but the bike paths are clear of snow and ice. Don't tell me bikes don't work in colder climates year round. (Suburb of Oslo, Norway, approx 6km from the city centre.)
