Mostly analogue / chemical photography. Returned to film in 2020. Cameras used are Konica, Argus, Lomo, and FED for the most part. There will probably be very little "great" photography here, as I enjoy stumbling along the learning curve.

Thought-provoking article on the recognition of analog photography as Intangible Cultural Heritage. In early February this year, the German Commission for UNESCO added Analogue Photography to the list of what it calls Intangible Cultural Heritage – ICH. #photography #history #filmisnotdead #analog

My new knee is a little over six weeks old, & yesterday I gave it a workout. I met with a bird photography class at a local nature preserve & walked the trail for close to two hours. I took my Spotmatic loaded with Fuji 400 & a 205mm zoom. For now, here's a phone snap of the trail. #believeinfilm

Still using a trekking pole to help me keep my balance, but otherwise, the new knee is coming along. There's still some pain 5 weeks in, but my range of motion is still increasing. I'm signed up for a bird photography session in ten days, and look forward to that. #believeinfilm #filmphotography

It's one of the curiosities of my own mind as a film photographer that some of the clearest memories I have ever had come from photo walks when the film itself turned out blank. I remember all of those lost images, somehow.
