last year i joined the libby queue for things fall apart by chinua achebe and it arrived a few days ago (i love waiting for books, it's very rewarding) but i haven't started it yet because i'm irrationally nervous, the classics i've read are very england-heavy so i guess that's why?

today i started studying latin again (i studied it in school from age 12 to 18) and i was gonna keep it to myself until i someday finish reading the aeneid entirely in latin but unfortunately i wasn't made to be mysterious, i'm just really enjoying coming back to latin so far and wanted to share it

This is why I always say you can't understand companies being all-in on AI without understanding that they see everybody but the managerial class as unimportant worker drones. They think it doesn't matter if AI makes a mistake because they don't think the work anyone else does is valuable already
