K has us work out, and she also works out so, first and foremost, her core remains strong and symmetrical. She chews gum to keep breath cadence. She stops and starts pendulum via core, not arms and legs.

If Nileist messes around at the mounting block, he goes back to basic block work with K. She did the same with me. Her method, to get us to stand quietly out of sheer boredom. It worked.

DV was equally attached to K and J. She became open and willing as soon as they recognized her joy of having knick knacks. Kid you not. That was a huge understanding that allowed her freedom. Such a lovely mare gone far too soon.
