When the Lunar Orbiter 4 spacecraft gave us our first good view of the Orientale basin it was revelatory. Not only was this giant multi ringed impact basin first revealed in its general form, other such basins were recognized across the Lunar near side. Oil paints on canvas panel.

RIP Loretta Swit, aka Margaret "Hot Lips" Houlihan, MAS*H. Saddened to learn of her passing. I always liked her as Margaret, but only later, when they allowed her to have depth & move beyond "Hot Lips," did she shine. My favourite "Margaret" episode is The Nurses.

a few decades ago, I recreated the animated Star Trek big E in Adobe Flash. 1701 was created in Illustrator. Planet in Fractal Painter. The spacey was a photoshop mishmash of frame caps from 640x480 dvd sized up.
