There are a bunch of gangs in The City. One of the most conspicuous is the Dead Hand Gang. Opposed to the cred system, Dead Handers remove their left arm embedded with cred-tracking #cybernetics. When they need to pay for something, they 'borrow' an arm from a passing businessman. #cyberpunk #books
