I'd never seen Poprecs & The Minster so busy with folks from outside of the North East. All performers were FAB, the whole weekend was so inspiring. Gx

Ah insomnia..Just waiting here... lying down..waiting...waiting. Yup. THEN when we do sleep night terrors kick in & there's 100 spiders on the walls & an 8ft gothic wizard leaning over my bed pillow. We won't mention the huge puma black cat eyeing me up from last weeks sleeping with G adventures.

National Tea Day. When I realised I had to start thinking more about my physical & mental health, it wasn't a surprise alcohol & other activities needed to stop. I still struggle to stay sober but I'm better. Im now obsessed with tea lol so many flavors from Japanese, Chinese & Indian blends etc.
