every time i get a little closer to rebuilding a proper amount of muscle i want to try again to go jogging. i miss jogging. i miss the way my head clears by the time I'm done. i love spending an hour a day out jogging and a 2nd hr stretching and strengthening. it's such a good kind of loving myself
