So I feel a bit foolish. I just realized that the reason the Avengers are gone and thunderbolts needed and we are anticipating a multi dimensional crossover of the MCU is that they are doing a Secret Wars. Probably NOT based on the original version exactly...but who knows.

Looking back I realize that Palladium games were so far ahead of the curve when it came to skills based play. All of the games from the Palladium Fantasy Roleplay, to TMNT, to Heroes Unlimited, to RIFTS had really detailed skills and even a more rational version of alignment. Very under rated.

Crazy idea for next time I run a TTRPG to just let the players go completely batshit and basically make up their characters to be whatever they want. Like, use existing rules, homebrew, or work together to make up new stuff. Nothing seems too OP for an OC by an OG. Balance is a lie.
