To really drive this home, Joe Kubert's comic art at age 79:

These two never showed up in each other’s comics beyond sometimes sharing a cover which is all fine and well; personally I’m not a big fan of crossovers and multiverses and I like that they have their own individual shit going on, but also. But also. They’d be super fun together.

they're the same

Oh no here comes trouble

Gave myself a casual little redraw exercise that turned into a pretty intense in-depth redraw exercise. But I had fun and that’s what matters.

i saw guy gardener in the new superman trailer and lost my entire mind, he’s ugly, he’s terrible, he’s garbage, i love him

halfway through the year and going strong it's been...so nice to make art without the pressure of social media, but i do miss having eyes on it. anyway, for the low low cost of $1 a month you can see the stuff i've been working on! www.patreon.com/c/hannahvardit

thinks about superheroes

Every comic creator's obituary is like, he created this iconic character who was in a movie that made $700 million last year. He died with a net worth of $12 after the publisher countersued him.

i recently saw a movie in which some of the characters turned out to be pretty stupid, and it got me thinking. do you think there are any stupid people in real life

Excited to announce that we'll be publishing Slices of Life by Tianran Qu! We've worked with her in the past on a print so it's very cool to be able to bring her expanded thesis project back to the states in full. Looking to have this out in September, keep an eye out for the Kickstarter soon!
