“Hato, why do you always bring up the pumpkin heads?” Because Dracthyr were advertised to have TRANSMOG restrictions. Not FUN restrictions. Pumpkin heads are not transmog. It’s a fun cosmetic effect and is the PERFECT example of how Dracthyr are not fully implemented into the game.

The world quest "Vulpera for a Day" gives Dracthyr both a helm AND a backpack. And yet... somehow this technology is impossible for things like Halloween, where we can't even wear a pumpkin head like everyone else. Argh.
