Using my vacation somewhat usefully and started reorganizing and cataloging my books today, taking a break - phone vibrates, it's the Folio Society newsletter. Perfect timing. Use of Weapons on May 6th... now I can leave some space. 😘 Can't wait to have the whole Culture series... when? 2032? 🙄

Switching back and forth between Blue Prince and Talos Principal Reawakened is maybe not the best idea. Movement is alone is kinda jarring. Slow and deliberate or might as well be red-shifted. 🥴 But they are both so good. Also Lost Records Tape 2 should be dropping soon-ish(?)… this month is great.

Taking the yearly inventory - no wonder I can't fit any more beer in my fridge. And yes, I know that Kodacolor-X is basically unusable unless I shell out for C22 dev. Immensely happy to see more LOVE DEATH + ROBOTS. Don't get me wrong, Secret Level was kinda neat, but this is it, I really don't need more video game stuff. If only they could match the Volume 1 trailer... "aggressive" and "in your face" should be the default vibe for this stuff. #LDR

Can't say I'm surprised... not really anyway. Sadly this won't change anything about this shitty little 'gaming culture war' grift going on. Listened to the whole of #deafheaven LPWP about ten times or so by now... absolutely in love with it. It's no Sunbather but pretty fucking close to it. Probably my AOTY unless something really surprising comes along within the next eight months. Hoping for a EU tour - festivals don't count.

Half way through 'Lonely People with Power' and what can I say other than I love it and I can't wait for the vinyl to arrive sometime next week.
