There’s NO bigger MIND FUKKK than watching TREASON on a daily basis from EVERY branch of government with ZERO intervention or consequences.

500K Mexican-Americans served in the U.S. armed forces in WWII, as did millions of 1st and 2nd-gen immigrants, and 109K noncitizens. Mexican immigrant Macario Garcia won the Medal of Honor in Normandy. When he returned to the US, he was was arrested for trying to eat at a segregated restaurant.

I wonder what'll happen when Republicans do something really egregious like postpone the 2026 midterms indefinitely due to some "emergency." I think there's a giant sense of helplessness being cultivated right now that'll see most institutions just shrug and accept it.

From hundreds of terminated grants in biomedicine to selective prosecutions to organizational overhauls at the nation's science funding agencies, today's news reports salvo after salvo from a Republican administration dead set on destroying higher education—and with it, US leadership in technology.

When you understand that the contemporary Republican Party is little more than the Confederate government-in-exile finally seizing power after 160 years, you realize that there's no "snapping people out of it" because it's what they've wanted for over a century.

Unless John Roberts is prostrate on the ground sobbing and begging for forgiveness for what he has done to the rule of law in this country I don’t want to hear a goddamn thing

How not surprising that a lobbyist for Qatar, who took a bribe from Trump to shut down an investigation of Trump University for consumer fraud, found that it was OK for Qatar to bribe Trump.

"Masked security forces captured an opposition leader in the coastal province of New Jersey as regime officials continue their months-long crack-down against pro-democracy elements in the embattled United States. The arrest comes as the regime issued calls for summary detentions without trial."

So it sounds like the tariffs are also being used as a shakedown tool to coerce countries to sign deals with Starlink. www.washingtonpost.com/business/202...

When you start digging into the vast dark money networks on the right, it becomes clear that this is already war. The violence is just mostly carried out via budget line items. But they’ve been waging a war on America for decades. They’ve been playing the long game. And our side? Been sleeping.

Yes, Trump the saboteur's tariffs are bad and doing enormous harm to the country. But he's not finished. The budget bill he's trying to pass will essentially bankrupt the United States and do an incredible amount of additional and lasting harm. Learn more 👇 www.crfb.org/blogs/senate...

Imagine if when we invaded Iraq, three years in we only took a sliver of the country at the cost of 800,000 men. Would the conventional wisdom be that we are winning? No? Then why do some think Russia is?

Happy Hitler Killed Himself Day to those who celebrate. And condolences to Elon Musk and other Donald Trump fans. www.history.com/this-day-in-...

We're nearly a third of the way through the 90 day pause, and no-one knows what'll happen next. So we get all the pain of high tariffs, but none of the upside because future tariffs at the rate of ??? percent doesn't compute in capex spreadsheets.

Once more, the $DJT 8-K:

It’s only getting much play in the trade/transport niche press. But pretty real product shortages beginning in mid-May or so are already locked in. They’re maybe a thousand miles out in the Pacific Ocean. Modern trade takes place in gargantuan container ships. There are very detailed records …

APOLLO: * consumer sentiment collapsing * US tourism collapsing * new orders collapsing * cost pressures UP 🇺🇸

No one has ever undermined US power as well as Donald Trump. It’s like he was selected for the job.
