Looks like 8 points gain from my bench boost then. Could end up lower if someone no shows tomorrow. Normally hope for 16 so not great, but playing it in a way that hasn't disrupted my team in any other weeks is a benefit at least.

This week I will be buying a City player and captaining them. If we get news that Foden starts, it will be him. If not, but we hear that Haaland starts then he is my second choice. If both miss out or we don't get news then I will go vanilla and get KDB.
