Wouldn’t it be nice if the retirement age was around 45-50; so the grandparents can be around to help out with their grandchildren instead of everyone working themselves to death literally…

I spoke with one of the managers about payroll budget for scheduling. They said people aren’t really working when on the clock so why should they give more payroll. Last 50 years they took what the bottom said to help the people on top. However the top has ignored the needs of those on the bottom.
