Also ran a 5k today, only achieved a pace of 8:45 min per mile. A bit slow for me, but I got a pretty bad cramp towards the end. Probably due to me eating a big breakfast, having some drinks last night, and some other stuff. I plan to go faster soon!😤 #run #running #exercise #5k #techno5k
