Batteries FTW! Batteries dumped ~4.5GW onto the grid this morning, keeping power spot prices ~26¢/kWh (day-ahead was like 3.5x that) despite record winter load. If we had had this kind of capacity back in Uri it would've been tight (low wind) but lights would've stayed on.
