Mugdock Country Park – remains of anti-aircraft battery installations protecting Glasgow, with Glasgow usually visible in the distance. Not today! 3.7 inch calibre guns were used here apparently.

The band ‘Sign Language’ at the Welly Club in Hull in February 1984. It appears I’m playing way up in the dusty portion of the bass guitar neck. Pete Cox on guitar, Maggie Foottit on vocals and hidden on the right, Grant Ardis on drums. Note the fantastic Burman combo amplifier that Pete had.
