Federico made me realize I never made any art based on Lonesome Dove - one of my favorite books - so today I drew this Janey to rectify this terrible overlook on my part. I always find it hard to draw stuff from the books I love most, I tend to feel I fall short.

Over the years I moved away from pen & paper animation, as many clients would opt for cheaper digital processes. But seeing how industry is conspiring to make creatives' labour & IP completely valueless, it's a great time to dust off my lightbox, so at least I own something physical from my work.
