Net een 6 km intervaltraining gedaan voor een lactaattest om mijn hartslagzones te bepalen. Ging goed, al waren mijn lactaatwaarden na een paar km al hoog. Meer advies volgt via e-mail, maar ik moet me waarschijnlijk focussen op langzamer lopen om een sterke aerobe basis op te bouwen. #hardlopen

Just did a 6k interval session as part of a lactate test to determine my HR zones. Went well overall, though lactate levels were quite high after a few km. More advice is coming via email, but it seems I need to focus on slower running to build a more solid aerobic base. #running
