I have mentioned in numerous posts that my father was shot while liberating France during WWII. The bullet entered his left arm just above the elbow and exited. It then hit another American soldier behind him in the chest.

Gardening here in the New Mexico desert is challenging. High winds and desert rodents are the most difficult of the challenges. So, I ha e built these stackable boxes. The first one goes 12" into the ground to keep the rodents out. They only dig about 3". Then each stackable box is 24" tall...
