A few shots from Ascot Day 1.

The Larrmaster, @number10cat.bsky.social keeping things under control just before the Chancellor's departure from No 11 Downing Street yesterday.

I still haven't worked out how to auto-post my twitter posts/pics to Bluesky as well. Ideally, I would love to post different content/comments on Bluesky, but sometimes the days are long & I'm tired, so if any one knows how to do it, please let me know.

Boy we sure moved from the roaring 20s into late 30s Germany at an unfortunately speedy pace

Forgot to post some of yesterday's visit by the King of Jordan, King Abdullah II, to Downing Street as well, welcomed by the Prime Minister, Sir Keir Starmer.

And some shots from the lovely Ballet Flamenco de Andalucía 'Pineda: Romance popular en tres estampas' press photocall at Sadlers Wells theatre this afternoon/eve. Pics at Alamy Live News.

A few shots from the wonderful Founders Day parade of the Chelsea Pensioners at the Royal Hospital Chelsea, inspected by the Duke of Edinburgh, Prince Edward. Pic set at Alamy Live News.

Also at the BBC yesterday were politician and human right advocate Baroness (Shami) Chakrabati, and former Head of the Civil Service Simin Case. Pics also at the agencies.

Next up on the morning media round was Shadow Justice Secretary #RobertJenrick, who also patiently took the media round this morning with a total of 5 outside interviews. Large pic set at the agencies. (including more standard ‘talking heads’ shots, but I quite like these 4).

A few shots from the media round yesterday. First up, Defence Secretary #JohnHealey. Spotted him having coffee outside in a Nero afterwards with his team, nice to see a senior minister so unpretentious and friendly in public. Pics at the agencies.

I'm waiting for the video of Robert Jenrick chasing tax dodgers - including his former cabinet colleagues - and asking them if they think it's right not pay. But it doesn't seem to have been posted yet.

I rarely photograph at the courts, it's not my thing. This one was nearby so I joined the pap-fest for a little while. Highlight: The wacky protester who kept singing. Lowlight: Err...everything else.😉 Pics at the agencies. Happy weekend, tweeps! (ps. sorry for blown highlights)

The beautiful 'Flowers' exhibition at @saatchi_gallery is re-opening due to popular demand, a second chance to see these fab works. An absolute pleasure to photograph this again, pics sets @Alamy_Editorial and @avalondotred

And a couple of shots from the trans rights march and counter protest yesterday.

And a few shots from the morning media round at the BBC (Kemi Badenoch and Angela Rayner). Pics also at the agencies.

A few shots from the Greenwich Dog Show at Old Royal Naval College yesterday. Pics at the agencies.

A few shots from the opening photocall for Clerkenwell Design Week @CDWfestival . Some lovely, free to see installations this year. (pictured: artists and creators with their installations)

Forgot to post some shots from the Chelsea Flower Show press day.

Some shots from the setting up of the gorgeous #ChelseaInBloom in Chelsea today. It opens tomorrow, but as I'm doing the Flower Show tomorrow, might not get time to snap this as well, maybe later in the week. Definitely fab this year, the theme is fashion! Pics at the agencies.

And some shots from the very well attended Nakba 77 March for Palestine this afternoon, which made its way from the Embankment via the South Bank to Whitehall. Pics also at the agencies.

Some more shots from the Westminster Morris Day of Dance, this time on Trafalgar Square, with the Belles of London City, Etcetera Morris Dancers and many other groups, plus the public had a taster less on in Morris Dancing, too. Enjoyable to photograph. Pic sets at the agencies.
