ADHD hack: If you have trouble cleaning the shower, I found this tip on Reddit that changed my life. Get one of those kitchen sink brushes that holds liquid. Put 1/2 Dawn, 1/2 vinegar in there, and while you're showering, scrub one section each day. YOU'RE ALREADY WET, and the brush lives there now.
