New library campaign: "I come for books"

I didn't come here for realism, I came for fiction.

2000's filmmakers: "Not being able to see what's going in is realism." 2020's filmmakers: "Not being able to hear what anyone's saying is realism."

Things like free speech and "all opinions are valid" should never have been seen as applying to blatant bold-faced lying.

Hello! I am a public librarian. PLEASE do this. Library administrative offices are the exact damn same as any other corporate office: they live and die by written customer feedback. Tell them with your words that Pride matters to you. Please. *Please.*

This past semester was the most stressful of my academic career. I had 180 students and about half cheated at some point in the semester They submit weekly reflections where the questions are opinion-based, graded only on effort, don't care about grammar SO MANY students submitted ChatGPT essays
