Republicans are in disarray over Trump’s Tax Scam. Senate changes to Medicaid funding, state and local taxes, and SNAP cuts are already imperiling the reconciliation bill in the House. Every change the Senate makes needs to be approved by the House, and that’ll be the hardest part for Republicans.
