It's 2025 and I've never beaten the original Donkey Kong Country trilogy on SNES, but I did just finish the last of the Donkey Kong Land trilogy on Game Boy. Honestly, the games just kept getting better and 3 on the GBC is easily the best. Some funky collision and screen crunch, but great otherwise

Imagine having so much money you'd never have to worry about anything ever again, yet dedicating so much of that money, time, and energy into being a hateful piece of garbage. Please just shut up for once www.advocate.com/news/jk-rowl...

I have 38% of my total storage space still available, but that won't stop Microsoft from shoving its grimy ads down my throat. Good reminder of why I'm self-hosting now.

Yeah man I just can't tell which one is the new one

As expected, I won't be able to make today's stream, but I hope you enjoy the video for this week!

It's been way too long since the last one, but I finally have a new video out! This fan game is looking really good and you should check it out! youtu.be/gOB_rwFN9Rc

I don't have many followers but if you're reading this, Carli is awesome and will do an amazing job in whatever role she's in. Let her help you!

I know a lot of people want to reduce their reliance on big corporations and their cloud stuff, and I genuinely think self-hosting is an amazing way to change that. I've only been doing it for a few weeks but I highly recommend it www.xda-developers.com/self-hosted-...

Não mas só porque já tenho várias câmaras USB-C

hi booskai 🫶 i was laid off last friday. i have an exorbitant amount of monthly expenses i now have to worry about, so if you are within your means, here are ways you can help me out while getting something back 🧵 (1/7) RTs appreciated

Oh you're a videogame fan? Name every organ you've ever sold to buy one.

This is unrelated but it reminded me of a time when I wrote "time was" in an article and my then-boss told me to take it out because it sounds like I'm from the 1800s or something (I can't remember the actual quote). Also this sucks.

It's really frustrating to me that the internet has been so become so brain rotted that people cannot comprehend someone enjoying a product they don't like without it being a "paid article". What makes it so hard to understand that people have different perspectives?

Going live very soon!

If you were wondering where this is happening, I have just the link for you. 11PM GMT, 5PM ET, I'll see you there! youtube.com/live/qvRZaYc...

Hey all! I really wanted to get a video out today but I had plans to go to an anime convention and I wasn't able to. We'll keep playing Zelda: A Link to the Past on stream tonight though!

The more I try to play through A Link to the Past, the more I think I don't like it. It's always sad to play a game that's so beloved and just not click with it but I just can't with this one

We are live! Come join!

After a few weeks without a stream (and with the last attempt failing miserably), I'll be back tonight at 11PM GMT/6PM Eastern! Can I ever beat Zelda A Link to the Past? youtube.com/live/Pi7EGWE...

Just beat Kid Icarus: Of Myths and Monsters for the first time! Honestly a great little game and a big step up from the first imo. This was also the last physical OG Game Boy game in my backlog (for now)! On to Game Boy Color.

Mario Kart Double Dash sucks lol

Mild (cold?) take: If watching cutscenes of a game, strung together like a movie on YouTube is a passable replacement for playing that game, it's probably not a very good game.

I finally caved and set up my own NAS and I decided to document my experience as a total noob in case anyone else is curious. I think it's a fun article! www.xda-developers.com/know-nothing...

www.youtube.com/watch?v=P_z5... Mais um vídeo interessante do @phluttilippe.bsky.social . Já há algum tempo que venho pensando que o mercado público de ações é um dos maiores problemas da indústria, e não só de jogos, mas quase todas elas.
