I don't know this Anthony Fantano guy, but I gather he's popular, so I'm glad he's giving @infinityknives.bsky.social and Brian Ennals his ears. People need to hear what they do--Tariq's music changed my life. m.youtube.com/watch?v=LeJ3...

Foggy is one of the bonus tracks on the bandcamp version of “A City Drowned in Gods Black Tears” it’s a live cover of a song I wrote years ago that @infinityknives.bsky.social and Brian Ennals reimagined with the Mind On Fire Orchestra. Love this version so much youtu.be/K-jaWD7jI7I?...

gonna recommend you get this banger on vinyl before you can’t anymore @infinityknives.bsky.social infinityknives666.bandcamp.com/album/a-city...

The new @infinityknives.bsky.social & Brian Ennals is brilliant! It’s all over the place, musically, but works so well. Ennals’s pen just keeps getting stronger, and I wish all hiphop could be this relevant and brutally honest. I’m really impressed.

Pink Floyd is releasing a 2025 Mix of “Live in Pompeii” and the 2 singles they released so far sound amazing. Man, i hope it’s the full movie too. I’ll buy that shit in blu-ray

My baby girl

Pet portrait of my best friend and his gf’s dog, Uma. Best dog on the planet. Idk what I believe in specifically as far as god and spirituality and all that is concerned, but Uma is one of those animals that confirms there is something out there so much bigger than ourselves.

Baltimore

I woke up Friday morning not having heard this record. I listened to it at least a dozen times this weekend and my brain feels different. I might get back into writing about albums because of this. What. The. Fuck.

This is crazy lol

Re: the “I write album reviews now”… this was another good record. And I wrote about it spectrumculture.com/2025/04/08/i...

Incredible album. Arduous and poignant. A candid mirror of the times.

Our new album is out on all platforms. It’s done. I drew this little thing and added the little words.

Genocide as American as apple pie, baseball, and mass shootings Just started this, going to be playing it loud today, hitting perfect so far. Shout to Brian Ennals and @infinityknives.bsky.social infinityknives666.bandcamp.com/album/a-city...

Hunkered down in their basement studio, the Baltimore rapper-producers may have come up with their angriest, messiest, and most deliriously experimental album to date A City Drowned in God’s Black Tears by Infinity Knives & Brian Ennals is tQ's Album of the Week buff.ly/ZtyGUEA

New blog post! Wrote about new albums from (T-T)b @ttb.bsky.social, Infinity Knives & Brian Ennals @infinityknives.bsky.social @phantomlimb.bsky.social, Coffin Prick @coffinprick.bsky.social, and Kicking Bird:

Album of The Week by @thequietus.com

A 17 year old girl asked me to “check out” Cannibal Ox and that random obscure ass song off of Aphex Twin’s “Drukqs” is one of the most used song on an app for made for teens. I was born way too early.

Anytime I hear “Souls-like” or “Metroid-vania” I immediately lose interest. Enough is enough! Bring back shit like Jade Empire!

getting new @infinityknives.bsky.social and Brian Ennals music this week, unbelievable

Baltimore duo Infinity Knives and Brian Ennals are not revolutionaries, but they are making some of the most urgent and arresting music in indie rap right now. Dylan spoke to them about creating their upcoming project A City Drowned In God's Black Tears

I don’t know why Gen Z’s bringing back the worst of the 00s when we literally had bands like Grandaddy and Bloc Party! Bring that type shit back!!!

I’ve been listening to Grandaddy non stop. Especially the “Fambly Cat” album the solos. They’re mostly variations of the same chord progressions and vocal harmonies. I love them all regardless. So much charm. Even though I hate being in nature Jason’s lyrics make me want to live in the woods lol

@mojomagazine.bsky.social gave our upcoming album a 4/5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🖤

Our interview with @hearingthingsco.bsky.social by Dylan!

I love reading. Love it. But I’m coming to terms with the fact that the only books that hold my interests are dork ass fantasy books. Currently reading “The Amber Blade” and it’s absolute flames. So if you have any fantasy suggestions (no Sanderson please) Give them to me! ASAP

This @infinityknives.bsky.social x Brian Ennals shirt is almost literally too tough

Bing Bing yahoo
