Tom Homan, Acting Director of ICE, implied last week that he would begin arresting mayors and governors who do not cooperate with their unconstitutional ICE plans. They just arrested Ras Baraka, Newark's Mayor. This cannot stand. This is a direct threat to any possibility of democracy.

Please spread the correct information about Mayor Baraka's arrest. He had apparently been trying for a few days to visit the ICE prison and was rebuffed. Then the members of Congress tried to visit today and were made to wait in the waiting area for 90 minutes. Then 20 ICE Gestapo showed up...

The media shouldn’t say Trump is "downsizing" government. He’s purging workers, yes, but will the total end up lower? Or is it simply the creation of a patronage army? Also, he’s not downsizing the *power and reach* of government. He’s kidnapping people. He’s targeting judges, law firms, colleges.
