Who watches golf!?! Masters fantasy league. Let’s go! www.masters.com/en_US/fantas...

My wife and I went and saw “Come From Away” not too long ago. It legit made me cry. The selflessness Gander’s residents showed for Americans in the throes of 9/11 is so moving. As a veteran who’s dedicated most of his adult life to this country I’m embarrassed by what we’ve become.

The crazy part of all the Trump stuff in that the majority of his actions/ wants will overwhelmingly hurt his base. FEMA goes more to red states. NOAA benefits the hurricane affected areas a lot (red states). DOEd money goes mostly to red states. Immigration reform will hurt const & farms in red

Klobuchar: What is the difference between Greenland and Donald Trump? Greenland is not for sale. *boo* Klobuchar: Ok. For any Republican Trump Administration person who wants to throw eggs at me because of that joke. You can’t because they’re too expensive.

You know what’s super fun… reading about all the airplane crashes and incidents… 2 in 2 days?! While on a jet flying home.

Everyone focused on Hegseth’s alcoholism as if that’s the worst part. The worse fact is he’s completely inexperienced for a role of this scale and that will be the bigger detriment to the DoD

The way I have excelled in my career is bc I have the ability to “shoot straight” and tell leadership/ customers bluntly what they need to hear, not what they want. That being said, I’m 99% positive if I was put in the same room as Trump, it would result in my firing.

I honestly believe the best way for the Dems to recover is to meet Americans where they are. And by that I mean speaking in a normal American way. Ex: When Trump says something ignorant, interrupt him and call him on it, like, “what the fuck are you talking about. That’s a lie”.

Given the immense vastness of all the music ever created by humanity, it’s such a weird coincidence that the very best songs all happened to be released when I was aged 14-21.

It's wild how quickly companies are pivoting from a position of "striving to correct systemic biases, you belong here" to "Black people are obsolete farm equipment, now get back to work" the instant it becomes politically expedient.

We don’t have to choose this fate. But I fear we will.

this is peak music video. no, i won't be taking questions.

This photo, shared by the Carter Center. 13/10.

Fair enough—but I don’t ever want to hear a “correction” from a Meta PR person again. When I write that Facebook is now selling message logs to advertisers, their corporate comms people can shut up and continue shitting the bed they’ve made.

A lot of people are blasting the billionaire CEOs (Musk not included bc he’s a dolt) for writing checks to Trump’s inauguration and “bending the knee”. I agree it’s sad that this is where we are, but is anyone surprised?! IMO, they don’t have a choice. This is what MAGA wants, big tech sucking up…

¯\_(ツ)_/¯

All of the bad stuff aside, how does this work policy-wise. Seriously, didn’t Trump run on not getting involved all over the world, and America first? How does he nominate someone who openly pushes the opposite agenda?!

RIP to the only decent country ass president of my lifetime

MAGA/ GOP currently: we don’t want immigrants taking good American jobs. Elon is wrong. Trump: I actually agree with Elon.

So basically the Trump Admin’s immigration policy is to increase the number of people from other countries who come in and take high-skilled, high paying American jobs, while deporting everyone else doing physically grueling jobs for shit wages?

Should we continue to encourage kids to go to college ? Or push them to take up a trade ? I believe in college. Learning how to learn, IMO, is a critical life skill. Being exposed to people of different backgrounds, makes yiu wiser Qualifier- it should be a school you can afford.

me: *goes to the gym* also me: *goes home to stuff my face with more turkey, cheese cake and chocolate log leftovers*

eminem and mariah carey being in the fortnite item shop at the same time is so messy

It’s hilarious that a large group of the “Beyoncé is overrated” team has Kid Rock.

And yet millions of Americans said, yep, he's our guy 🤦🏻‍♂️

🎶 with a glass raised to toast your health, and a promise to share the wealth 🎶 happy christmas if you celebrate 🎄

The silver lining of Musk being the incoming President with VP Trump is that it’s really pulling the veil back on just how oligarchical our federal Republican government truly is. Congresspersons stomping on each other for the chance to make Daddy Musk happy, publicly nonetheless. Embarrassing

I really have been using a lot more @anthropic.com lately. Not only is Claude better than ChatGPT, but they’re also not plagued by governance issues. And as a cherry on top, none of their ~68 co-founders appear to be on a personal self-aggrandizement tour.

WASHINGTON DC CYCLOCROSS PAN AMS 2025-26?!!

Well done to @vanityfair.com for continuing to tell truth.

Quality journalism right there.

Trump in October: “This will rapidly drive prices down [...] It'll also bring your grocery bill way down.” Trump now: "It's hard to bring things down once they're up. You know, it's very hard."

This Saturday. 830am eastern. Rubber band no drop.

This is going to sound bad, but I travel to the southeast US a lot, and the amount of incompetence is just astonishing, and it’s every single time. From missing rental car to a Marriott hotel not having rooms available although my reservation was made a month ago & I have status.

A future conversation: Son: Why is Jan 6th "National Peaceful Protest Day"? Dad: It was a terrible day. But those responsible rewrote what happened. We let them. Son: Why? Dad: We're pussies, son. Don't use that word, tho. We'll fight about stuff like that, not the stuff that really matters.

What dark wizardry is this
