Does anybody know if it's a potential lawsuit if my employer just randomly cut my pay by $3/hr when I've never done wrong, no write-ups, always on time, sped through training (which is supposed to be 2-3 weeks) in just 4 days, and never have had issues with coworkers? I'm pissed.

I need any help I can get.. Situation is, the new living situation costs more than I anticipated. So, I need 18 an hour just to break even. And they just ripped my pay back $3 an hour, down to $15 an hour. Won't be able to afford rent this month, which I've got two weeks to pull it out of my ass.
