@charity.wtf teams I was in used to save up low-urgency, low-consensus points to resolve at the next meetup; this custom just emerged without formal policy. However! the key detail is really about making sure that teams are empowered to decide for themselves what will work, and why.

I only just realised the 1984 echo in naming it "Immigration and Customs Enforcement" …whilst a huge amount of its visible work is around (enforced) emigration, contrary to the culture and customs of the United States.

The more that aid arrivals are spread out, the more they are likely to reach people who need them. Can anyone think of a technology that could move small amounts of food and water per journey, but with thousands of vehicles? Something that the UN or Israel could afford.
