currently working on the hardest part of my startup — the GitHub parser. it efficiently reads a repo, extracts folders + markdown files, grabs frontmatter, and builds a clean tree structure from it. recursive, tricky, but powerful. #buildinpublic #startup #devlog #indiehacker #founderjourney
