8647 is a socio-political exercise of free speech. Same as "Dump Trump" in my estimation. I proudly wear my 8647 tee gifted from a friend and button I purchased myself. Would never equate 86 with "kill." Comey is being targeted by a vengeful person, promulgating hate, and dictatorial aspirations.
