No amount of skipped lessons will make it possible for people to "opt out" of the reality that LGBTQI+ people exist. We are here. We have always existed and always will.

The local news at our Maine cottage is pretty refreshing - worth taking a break from my no news mandate. Stories included a K9 dog getting a donated safety vest, a summer solstice event to highlight challenges of homelessness, & the dog library at a local beach (it is stocked w sticks and balls)

If anyone you know is 13-24, in the US, and is LGBTQ+, please have them complete the Trevor Project survey this year. Their last survey has been integral to protecting LGBTQ+ rights globally. I can't understate how big an impact it has. Multiple publications come from the data. Share widely.
